CCC's mission is to advocate for and support the unhoused by providing essential services for their survival. The vision is to serve the community by connecting people to the resources needed to live. The areas served include Compton, Willowbrook, South Los Angeles, Watts, Lynwood, and Paramount, which are in Service Planning Area 6 in LA County.
